Have A Nice Read! #9

A happy Friday to you all!

How are my Wonderful Listeners doing? I hope you’re doing well. I most certainly am doing well myself. It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted the eighth edition of this feature but I found time to put out the next one!

If you’re unaware, Have A Nice Read! is a feature where I basically share with you some blog posts that I believe others should be reading. It’s that simple.

So, let’s get right to it then, shall we? 🙂

  1. New Day
    • A short and sweet poem for a moment of inspiration. New Days dawn and you should stick around to see the sun rise. Beautiful work by Memee. Please go read it. 🙂
  2. It Was Nothing
    • A nice piece of fiction. It’s rare when Paul delves into fiction but this one was quite enjoyable. If you’ve ever been a kid who stayed up late by yourself, you’d probably relate quite a bit!
  3. Holi, HH Henry, and Monarchy vs Republicanism
    • While I’m not very interested in politics, this post was quite enthralling to read. The history of a nation coming back to face its new direction being taken up by the new generation is important. In this case, Nepal is moving forward, but what costs does progress have? What struggles lie ahead? Please, read this post! Ankit will appreciate it very much.
  4. And Now For Some Thing{s} Completely Blissful
    • My dearest Carol is at it again with some positivity for your day. How important it is to focus on the positives every once in a while (or more for that matter.) I personally just think she has that touch of magic in her words that make you feel bubbly! Go read the post! 😀
  5. Bipolar and me: Hull dad Martin Upfold calls for less fear and more understanding | Hull Daily Mail
    1. While this article is not a blog post, it is directly related to Martin Upfold‘s blog. He blogs about his journey with bipolar disorder and it’s truly captivating. The article written about him and his life in the Hull Daily Mail was quite moving. Not only that, the message which is brings to mental health issues is monumentally important. Please go read this article!

Well, that’s all from me for this go round! I do hope you guys enjoyed that round of posts. I can’t believe I’m almost at # 10! I’m excited for when I’ll get to post that one! 😉 But in the meantime, do take care guys.

I’ll see you next time. Cheers!

  1. In my book, Carlos, a recommendation from you is tremendous. You’re a great writer and so sincere in all of your thoughts and feelings so to have you say someone or something has touched you makes me feel that you are shining the light on other gifted and sincerely loving people who have something to say.

    1. Well that’s what the world needs. Just a little more light in all of its darkness Memee.
And I’m so happy to hear from you! It’s been so long. How have you been? I do hope you’ve not been too terrible. I haven’t had the time to be reading as much as I would like.

  2. Thank you for the mention, Carlos! It means a lot that you include my posts when you write your recommendation posts. You’re a great friend and I appreciate what you do for everyone who’s a part of Café Blog. {hugs}
